My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-great experiences. The rooms, despite some cleanliness issues like urine on the toilet seat, were decent for a family stay, and I enjoyed the balcony view until 9 pm. However, the overall cleanliness was not up to par during my visit.

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, despite being spacious and beautifully redecorated, were unfortunately facing a noisy construction site which significantly impacted the overall quality of the stay arranged through our travel agent. On the bright side, the service was exceptional, with thoughtful gestures and a welcoming attitude. The location was ideal for exploring Marco Island but had some drawbacks, and the dining experience, while generally good, had its flaws.
